Universal Avionics now offers bonus trade in allowances of up to $20,000 for FMS upgrades, and up to $100,000 for EFIS upgrades

Universal Avionics recently released a new marketing memo declaring generous new trade in allowances for upgrades. Here is a summary of the incentives directly from the marketing memo.

  • Bonus trade-in allowances for existing Universal Avionics FMS customers of up to $20,000 off a new WAAS/SBAS-FMS.
  • Bonus trade-in credit for operators of competitors’ FMS equipment to be applied toward the list price off a new WAAS/SBAS-FMS system.
  • Up to $100,000 trade-in allowance good toward a suite of EFI-890R Flat Panel Displays.

Spirit Avionics receives FAA’s nomination to receive the Best of the Best, Small Business Government Contractor of the Year award for 2010.

We just received notification that the Federal Aviation Administration has nominated Spirit Avionics for the prestigious Best of the Best Small Business of the Year award for 2010. Our nomination is a direct result of our proven efficiency, expertise and commitment on the King Air B300 Flight Inspection Fleet’s interior enhancement upgrade program.

This was a very welcome surprise and we are all very humbled and honored to receive this nomination.
