Spirit Avionics successfully completes another Sky Connect upgrade on a Eurocopter BK-117

Tuesday, June 15th, 2010

One of our very good air ambulance clients needed a last minute Sky Connect upgrade on one of their Eurocopter BK-117′s a couple weeks ago. We were able to get them taken care of , on short notice, sending one of our road crews out for 10 days to perform the upgrade during scheduled maintenance. We’ve successfully completed multiple Sky Connect upgrades for them now, both here in Ohio and on the road. We’d like to thank them for their continued patronage.

Our capabilities remain unsurpassed when it comes to responsiveness and the ability to complete work under even the most extreme conditions. Our customers keep coming back because they know we’ll always put them first.

New Return on Investment (R.O.I.) calculator makes it easy to find out how quickly your WAAS upgrade will pay for itself and how much money it will save you annually after that.

Monday, May 3rd, 2010

This week we received a ROI calculator from Universal Avionics that allows us to show you just how fast your WAAS upgrade can start paying for itself and then save you money every year after.  We enter your aircraft model, your aircraft annual flight hours,  your average time per flight leg, how many airports you fly to with WAAS LPV approaches (including your home airport), your average cost of fuel, and the cost of the upgrade. We use your specific data (not generic or made-up data) to give you a real idea of how soon this upgrade will pay for itself in fuel and engine reserve/maintenance saved.

Call us today for information tailored specifically to your aircraft and your flight info. You will be surprised at how much money a new WAAS FMS will save you. 1-866-AVIONIC

Wednesday, March 31st, 2010

Just a reminder to all that the AEA convention at the Gaylord in Orlando, FL starts next week. Rick will be attending so make sure to say hello to him. He’s been nominated for AEA’s Member of the Year award. We’re keeping our fingers crossed.

We’ll also be exhibting at NBAA MMC at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina in San Diego, CA next week. Please stop by our booth # 111 and let us know how we can help you with your avionics upgrades, line service, parts logistics support, HAPP and CASP warranties. We’d love to meet you there and answer any questions you may have.  We expect the hot topics to be WAAS FMS and in-flight broadband internet connectivity in the cabin / satellite communications and avionics warranties. Our job is to help you make your aircraft more efficient and more productive while reducing your operational cost.
